question about divx converter

i have divx converter and i want to know if it makes 1 pass when converting or 2?


and what divx settings does it use?

pls more details otherwise it's difficult to answer - which divx converter, which input material?
but in general there'S a file generated with the name divx.log and maybe mvinfo.bin if your nameless software works in dualpass encoding mode.
usually poor software makes only onepass.
the divx settings are only available if your program offers a "configure" button. there you can chose if one or twopass encodding is used. if your software does only support onepass encoding chose "multipass pass1" in the first run, "multipass passn" in the second run

DivX converter doesn't do much, really.
If you must go the DivX way, rather go for Dr. DivX.
