the expression is french, I do not know his origin, but it means "all you can get", like your local chinese buffet.

I found a website (for adult) by surfing which offers movies for downloading for 30$/month(credit card) and u can download as many movies u want.

there is a DRM which doesnt let you burn, but you can watch on your pc.they say they want avoid people uploading on the p2p.

is this kind of website legal?
if this kind of website exist for non porn, I doubt it would be legal.

It's just rhapsody/napster for movies, I don't see how it'd be illegal unless they had no licenses for distribution. There's no law against a digital distribution channel for movies that I know of. You'd be much better off getting a statement from MPAA PR about whether this site is legitamite or operating without a license, like allofmp3.com.
