I am trying to accomplish partial encoding, encoding just 1 cell incase of a small oversize.
Things i tried:
Prepared project "No compression", modified item.ecl to corresponding cell, encoded that cell in cce. Rebuild fails.

This approach works, although only if that cell is a new vts.
