So i do a bit of search in the forum and try the solution of using manually delaycut on the ac3 and reuse scenaid again ,but after is done it still desynced

so am wondering if the problem its the ac3 or the tool which extract the ac3 ? i use doitfast4u with header :use Dvd2avidg

Any tips will be very appreciated and if its possible i can use another tool to extract the ac3 since its just one audio on the dvd and insert it back on the folder and use back scenaid to save me another encode time please ?
thx

I'd be very surprised if it was the extraction tool. All these tools do is extract the audio payload from the audio sectors in the vob file. So the problem is a corrupt audio file, which ac3fix might be able to correct. If you have numenu it is in the ac3 folder, if not it shouldn't take long to find it.

Does the dvd have some strange structure, some cells that don't belong there, miussing vobids etc. Usually those things are at the beginning, but who knows.

Maybe you can post the dvd layout.

One thing you can try is to manually insert a number of silent AC3 frames (at 01:38:54) such that the filesize is (almost) maintained.
