All-in-one DV/AVI/MOV/WMV to DVD program for Win32

Does something like this exist on Windows?? I mean take a video clip off your HDD, say a short clip from your camcorder, and then output the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders with needed .VOB, .IFO etc file ready to burn ??

I know DeeVeeDee does this on Linux but not being a Win32 user I have no idea about the Windows side of it.

Trying to help a mate out and he is not very tech savvy, so least amount of steps as possible is the aim over quality and control of the final product.

dvd2svcd comes a long way. Though for MOV and WMV you need to use AviSynth in addition.

In the early days it converted dvd/avi to svcd/vcd. Currently it does a bit more than that :)

ConvertXtoDVD should be able to do it. Basically anything that ffmpeg can handle.
