Sorry for spamming this day so hard here...

I've made a rip in avi. If I want to play it back...stand on 00:00!
BSPlayer won't start it, just if I seek. MPC aswell stops. VLC & Nero Showtime plays them.

Now I'm going to split the 3GB avi. Will this solve the problem? and if I burn the avi, will my standalone divx player play it?

:thanks: :thanks: :thanks:

It looks like the case of too many codecs installed that freeze your BS. VLC, and from what I know nero as well, use their own codecs, nothing from outside. So the external player should play them fine and reinstalling BS and only needed codecs may solve the other problem as well.

Well, then I reinstall the codecs. Anyway, I also wanted to renew my XP. I think then I wil redo everything!

*I thought also kinda same...*

No, it's not a problem that I have too much codecs installed. Why? Because now I splitted the encoded avi into several part, each and every part start with BS/MPC, only the 1st one won't...
