If the denoiser is interlace aware then do denoise -> deinterlace, else do your preferred bob-deinterlace and denoise then.

You can denoise interlaced sources this way too:

assume?ff() #pick your field order
separatefields()
a=selectodd().#put your denoiser here
b=selecteven().#put your denoiser here
interleave(b,a)
weave()

Not that I'm aware of but in your case you should just bob it and then do the filtering.

degrainmedian,fft3d,vague denoiser,convolution 3d... are some of filters which have "interlaced" support.
