2-Pass Encode

Hey ,

is there a way to check if a encode is a 2-pass encode or 1-pass ?
i thought i could use Gspot to check , but it doesnt tell :(

No, there isn't a safe way to tell; except if the encode is constant-quantizer throughout (which would mean it is definitely a constant quantizer one-pass encoding). But if it isn't, there's no way to tell definitely. One-pass CBR encodes should typically have a big (except if they were encoded with restricted quantizers) and erratic quantizer fluctuation. Activate ffdshow's OSD function in order to see the quantizers used.

I know how i encoded my videos , was just curious if there was a way to check the differenc ..
