nero SVCD not recongnised by windvd

i just encoded an SVCD and i chose SVCD and selected BBmpeg_muxed_file00, i used simulate first and it worked and then i burned it and it workd. but when i insert the cd in the DVD drive and open winDVD it's not recognised. if i choose the file manually it works fine. any ideas why? i've tried other SVCD's and they work.

i've also tried burning the VCDimager_image_file using "burn image" but the same thing happenned. copuld it be becuase the cd is in mode 2?
