Hello everybody,
I have backed up quite a few DVD's with DVD2SVCD sucessfully. I always used I-AUTHOR because I like selectable subtitles.
With the new version (1.05Build1) there is now a new method to create SVCD's with selectable subs without the need for I-Author. I actually would like to stop using I-Author, however I do have now a problem which I can not resolve.
The whole process with DVD2SVCD works smooth, without any problems. After the process is finished I burn the cue file with fireburner (V2.1.1) on a CD. This CD plays just fine with WINDVD. However if I want to use this CD on my standalone player (MUSTEK V300) it refuses this CD (after a long period of loading I get the error message: No CD).
What puzzles me is that the images created with I-Author played perfectly on my Mustek player.
Did anybody experience a similar problem or am I doing something wrong?
Any advice is highly appreciated.
EDIT:
Please ignore this thread! It turned out to be a defective CD/RW media which cause the problem! Sorry for that
