Hi and welcome to the forum,

Use hidden options (Ctrl+F9) check "tune auto crop", set threshold to 0 (zero), enter your crop params in "force cropping"; make it mod16 compatible -use pair and sum of top+bottom(or left+right) must be multiple of 16-
