Oh...I mean advice...:D
Things I used: (My DVD is a pure interlaced NTSC one)
1.Tdeint
2.Undot
3.Covolution3d: using preset moviehq
4.Bilinear resize to 624x352 (As I want a "sofer" picture)
5.Xvid -MSP 3 -VHQ 3 -Qpel -GMC -CQ 4 H.263 matrix
Everying is all right in the encoded file, except one thing, the black areas are block as hell...
I then tried one simple filter "levels" to turn those areas to pure black, the blcok areas disappeared, but for me it looked to "fake".
Also tried 2-pass (2000Kbps), it also helps but the result is not satifatory.
The question is, how can I get rid of those black blocky areas?
