compression exceeds space on dvd-5

Hi all-

I'm coming across a problem that has occurred a few times. I use dvd decrypter to rip a dvd. The last one measured 6.4GB after ripping. In DVD DeCrypter, I select main movie files only.

Settings in RB are one click. I'm using the QuEnc with settings at normal, single pass. After RB does its thing, I check the destination folder size and it reads 4.29 GB. I then bring it into Nero to burn and says it can't do it because it exceeds the space on DVD-5

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Since 4.29GB easily fits on a DVD-R it sounds like the problem isn't DVD-RB.

As always I recommend outputting to an ISO and burning with ImgBurn. It works every time...
