I'm using Nero Recode because it does it does what I'm looking for in a single application. I can covert (partial) DVD's to a usable computer format (mpg) and I can compile DVD's of multiple other (partial) DVD's. All this quickly without much fuss which I like because of time issues.
It lacks, however, on important feature: the ability to create a DVD menu when compiling a new DVD. This forces me to navigate on a chapter basis only.
Is there an application available which allows me to import an existing DVD and create a DVD menu for it? This would allow me to create my DVD in Nero Recode, store the output files on my HD instead of directly to a DVD, import the files in a different app and create the menu before burning. Optionally it would be great if such an application allows me to specify some additional options as well such as repeating a chapter automatically.
I tried Adobe Encore DVD but this application doesn't allow me to import an existing DVD.
