How do I lower the audio volume by 40% ?

Assume I have a movie whose audio level is to loud.
I want to re-encode it (for other reasons too) and
to lower the audio volume in this step by 40%.

How do I do this with AutuGordianKnot 2.27 ?
I did not see and audio adjustment setting in the AGK GUI.

The easiest method would be to return to the source and re-encode. If you only reduce the volume of a "too loud" audio track, you'll still be left with clipping which will keep whatever distortions were already there.

AutoGK doesn't allow much for re-encoding options on audio.
