opening CCE Problem

Hi...its been my first time using CCE to try to do some backups for my movies for fun. But today when i installed Cinema Craft® Encoder SP trail version or basic version my windows didn't load.. I would want to know why..because i reinstalled in over 10 times but when i double click on the .exe, the automatically crashes saying "CCE SP Trial Version has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". The microsoft reporting details said something about my digital product ID... Please take a look and help me if you guys can.

Im not sure if i totally understand you... but cce is pretty tame install wise and should not cause your windows not to load. If you have a really old pc the executable may not run (it only works on relatively modern cpus) what cpu do you have?
