Hey, I just started to get this error (attached image) about my Pioneer DVR-108 burner. It has happened with the last two DVD I have tried (Fun with Dick and Jane, and When A Stranger Calls). I flashed my burner to a hacked firmware right after I got it over a year ago. Is it possible my burner is now screwed up from that? Thanks.

You're working with two titles known to have Sony's ARccOS copy protection. Check out RipIt4Me.

I used DVDFab on both titles, and had no problems. RipIt4Me will do it a little better, though. It'll reassign the sectors to fill in the 'gaps'.

DVDFab Decrypter will do that also. :)

DVDFab though will not treat scratched discs very well, protection or not....
I've had no luck in using fab for all discs.....many which decrypt reads fine,Fab will corrupt by throwing audio and video out of synch,or tosses up block glitches in the video.
Decrypt for all discs, unless it's known protected(and clean and new disc).

Need help here guys, I'm a newbie.
Did some decrypting b4 using DVD Decrypter but now when I launch the program, it doesn't seem to see the DVD drive, hence "No devices detected"

Hi and welcome to the forum,
Some burning programs like Imgburn (or DVDDecrypter) perform a "lock volume, exclusive access" and may not release the locked volume (or Windozs do not communicate well with the program with same result). Even if the program is terminated this lock could persist.
An easy trick to verify: close session/confirm/open session with same user, try again.
If no good, you'll have to search elsewhere :(
