How to get just some subtitles?

I am tring to encode Syriana which is mostly in english, but there is some other foreign language in some parts (farsi i think). Anyway, i have been trying to encode it using agk, but i can't get it to just have english subtitles during the farsi. If i select english subtitles, it displays them for the whole movie.

Can anyone help?

I believe "Syriana" has a separate "Forced" subtitles track containing only the Farsi and Arabic translations...
