1Click DVD Copy - BEWARE!!!
I first purchased 1click years ago. They said than - as they say today -, "Free upgrades and technical support".
Their new product is called, "1click DVD copy Pro". I consider this an upgrade. However, I can purchase this "Pro" version and receive a $40 deduction (not a free upgrade) due to the fact that I have 1click DVD copy 4.2.
So if you purchase the "Pro" version and their next version is a "Super", an "Elite", an etc., you have been advised. In my opinion, their business ethics are lacking. Buyer beware.
It seems to me that all they need do to eliminate the “free upgrades” is merely rename their
product slightly.
This may be in violation of rule #5 depending upon interpretation. One can argue that it is not an advertisement.
This speaks more of my opinion of their business practice than it does their product.
