Audio not working on DVD lab pro

I'm trying out DVD lab pro. I've got looping music on the main menu, which works fine. However, I have music on the special features menu, and it never plays. What could be the problem?

Could be that the music is in different formats? For example if you mix MP2 and AC3 in DVDlab pro the resulting DVD is not always playable. (In my limited experience, that is).
