@ Blutach: I did, but with the 2nd run (after shrinking) 1GB was taken away ('In place'-mode because of lack of HD-space) - all seems to be fine, but I am still wondering..
I guess running FixVTS a 2nd time >after< shrinking is not a good idea - I don't know what was cutted of, but this makes me wondering as I don't know what happened..

sPeziFisH, look at your FixVTS.log file (start FixVTS again, right-click on the title bar and open it) it will tell you what was removed and why... FixVTS will not remove anything that's referenced in the IFOs and but running it twice should not remove anything the second time, or this is a bug...

The code has been improved, to better handle badly formed IFOs with out-of-range pointers and other calamities.
Added a "-p" command line switch to control the option to fix PGC LBA pointers.

What is wine?

In layman's terms Wine (http://www.winehq.com/) is an emulator that allows you to run Windows Programs on alternate operating systems e.g. Linux.

In not so layman's terms:
Wine is an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X and Unix.

Think of Wine as a compatibility layer for running Windows programs. Wine does not require Microsoft Windows, as it is a completely free alternative implementation of the Windows API consisting of 100% non-Microsoft code, however Wine can optionally use native Windows DLLs if they are available. Added better handling of address exceptions for IFOs that are severely mangled.
In Full DVD process mode, VTS 99 was excluded from the loop. It is now processed with all the other titlesets.

Two moment.
1. Please look at this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=945936#post945936). rOlZ suppose that may concern you.
2. A timemap question. I divided my DVD-9 into 2 parts (with PGCEdit and FixVTS). Second part IFO (http://rapidshare.com/files/14202163/Lotr_2.rar.html). After removing (linking to blank cell) all unneeded cells from disk 2 in PGCEdit, I ran FixVTS so that to remove that cells physically from VOBs and to reduce a DVD size. But FixVTS, it seems, not included that blanked cells to timemap (26 cells, ~12 seconds). As result, DVD don't worked properly. I ran a timemap plugin in the PGCEdit and got a message "a wrong timemap duration". I fixed the timemap with PGCEdit plugin and DVD began to work fine. Would you want to check this problem?

I'm not quite sure what the problem is: if you abort FixVTS in the middle, then indeed, the vob you get is not OK. You should use "restore backup" in FixVTS to return to your original DVD (if you didn't do it in-place). What else should FixVTS do?
About your second problem, you mean that FixVTS did not create a timemap for the cell that you added? I'll look at your IFOs and get back to you.

If I want to restore a mistaken processed DVD (in case of FixVTS is finished normally), then I press a Restore backup button manually. It's clear. I agree. But in case of break during process, may be there is a sense to do it automatically (restore)? Why to leave in folder a broken files? What do you think?

Yes. But I don't added a cells. I blanked an existing cells. But this is not a point :).

Yes it is right. The first 26 cells in the VTS 1 (Title 1). It was a DVD-9 which I divided into two DVD-5. I blanked a cells from 27 to 54 in the first disk and in the second disk a cells from 1 to 26 (manually linked to blank cell with VID/CID 2/1, as you can see). Then I processed each DVD by FixVTS to shrink size and keep original menu from DVD-9. I know about VobBlanker :). But I wanted to make it with PGCEdit and FixVTS.

Hi, I am using FixVTS (1.603) to clean up a DVD. In the finished log there is a line:

Reset ILVU Ptrs is OFF
Is that a feature? If so how do I enable it? All the options are ticked on the GUI. Here (www.tremorsnews.net/misc/FixVTS_FnG.log) is the full log.

For those of you wondering, it doesn't take me this long to backup a DVD. I used the same DVD to help find a bug in PgcEdit and have now only started it.

You don't want to enable this unless you strip all angles from your VOB file. This was an experimental setting, and it's only available via the command line. But again, unless you really know what you're doing, you shouldn't use it. The purpose was to remove all angles but one, by de-referencing all but 1 angle, then setting that flag (and correcting a few IFO flags, which FixVTS does not do in that case)...
I don't quite remember the command line option, look at the "About" in the app, I might have put it there...
