Extracting subs from matroska-built avi?

Hi there


I thought, that would be possible:

I wanted to change the subs in a videofile, because they overlap and thus are sometimes not readable.

The file is made of a videostream wmv3, audio mpeg1/2 L3 and textstream UTF-8, all built into an avi-file by avi-mux-GUI 1.16.11.

I've got avi-mux-GUI 1.17.6, displaying the subtitle as SRT, but I don't get it to save the subtitles as a single file without video and audio.

Did you try right-clicking on the subtitle track and select extract binary?

The only thing I get by rightclicking on the track is:

default track

and I can put a check before it.
