Recently I have bought Asus N6200 128MB/64-bit. Problem is such:
If card is running in AGPx8 mode then during 3DMark2001SE test screen becomes blank, there are no crashes, after some time (few seconds) screen is displayed properly and again after few seconds blank and so on. There are no artifacts.
Everything is fine if card is running in AGPx4 mode. I set AGPx4 with help of RivaTuner2RC16.
I've tried to install different versions of GART driver (my mainboard is GA K8NS-939) 4.3.6.0 and 4.4.0.0, but problem still exists.
Any suggestions?

Take it back and exchange it for a working one? Assuming the latest forceware driver is also installed (91.xx), though I can't imagine a problem like that is just a driver problem.

So in your opinion this is hardware problem (i.e. broken card)?
Unfortunately I don't have option of exchanging card on working model.
And yes - problem exists with Forceware 7x.xx, 8x.xx, 9x.xx.
There is also other problem. After quiting program working in fullscreen mode (or using CTRL+TAB) blank screen is displayed.
I must use CTRL+ALT+DEL and then choose "Cancel" to display it correctly.

What may be happening is that 8x, for whatever reason, causes the hardware to fault and crash hard; the drivers detect that and shut the card down and reinitialize it, which is where the black screen lag would come from. (Seen that happen on newer overclocked ATIs.) The most likely cause is simple hardware defect, if it isn't overclocked.
Is it possible to try underclocking it with whatever tools exist for nvidia? Or perhaps underclocking your PCI/AGP bus in the bios? (I'm assuming that nothing's currently overclocked.) The latter is a long shot, especially if you've ever successfully used an 8x agp card efore, but it'd indicate that it might be your motherboard at fault.
Even if you can't exchange it at a retailer (is it secondhand?), you should at least try to demand an exchange or refund by whomever you got it from, then go to nvidia support and see if they'll exchange or at least try to troubleshoot it.

you may also want to check out your motherbaords manufacturers website and make sure there are not any bios updates or information about this being a known problem etc.

Thank you men for opinions. It was very helpful and finally I have found solution. I have incrased AGP voltage by 0.3V (0.1 and 0.2 was not sufficient) and now card is working correctly in AGPx8 - without lags.
@foxyshadis
Some time ago I have tested on my motherboard other 6200 from Palit on default settings (I assume AGPx8) without problems, so if it is hardware problem, then probably it is problem of Asus (or at least my particular card), not MB.
AGP/PCI/6200 are not overclocked.
And yes - card is secondhand.
@dragongodz
BIOS is already updated to the newest and I have readed Gigabyte's FAQ for my mobo - this particular problem is not mentioned.
However second problem - blank screen quiting program working in fullscreen mode (or using CTRL+TAB) still exists.
