create iso images from vcd (freeware)

Hello I am in search of a free software, not necessarily open source that can make iso images from vcd disks, no authoriong, re-authoring needed, just extract to iso to be mounted. alcohol 120% costs money and doesn't do ISO;
vcdeasy it's not freeware either,

Version 1.1.5.2 is! But it is the last freeware version. It doesn't (AFAIK) do ISO but will create a BIN/CUE image from a VCD which you can then mount in Daemon Tools.
