ARccOS IFO mode? [Archive]

Is there any way to rip ARccOS DVDs properly in IFO Mode? Other then using DVD Dec with AnyDVD? Everytime I do it like that the subs ripped with VSRIP are out of sync.. Id like to aviod having to manualy sync each sub track.

If the subs come in late, it's very easy to use VobSub's Sub File Cutter to create a start point into the sub file.

yea its just a pain as i keep all subs on the dvd... plus id like to be able to rip it properly

hopefully someday anydvd will fully strip the dummy cells instead of repairing them. until then i use pgcedit/psl2plugin with dvddec(no anydvd) then iso the result, and then ifo demux the iso. it takes longer (the wizard in the psl2 plugin does all the 'work') but i get perfect sync on the resulting disk

If you knew which cells were the bad ones, you could rip in DVD Decrypter's IFO mode without any dummy sectors.

Fortunately, the PSL plugin for PgcEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html) tells you this.
