i know how to encode by hand, but love using agk. here's my situation. i have a cartoon series capped in mpeg format from WAY back in the day. im talking 352x240 225 meg files :sly:
now after doing some testing, 80megs at that res xvid is perfect for me to re-archive (my cds are getting scratched and im afraid ill lose them). so the mpgs play fine and in sync. when i convert with agk or even by hand the audio desyncs. vdubmod says the video is 29.97. agl picks it up as 24fps film.
whats the proper way to get these in sync without spending countless hours resyncing everything? (56 eps. each ep takes 1 hr for a 2pass encoding)
i tried searching for desync and agk but nothing comes up aside from the thread above this one. that one deals with dvds though.
