an internet link in a DVD

is it possible in scenarist to have an internet link for example the site of the producer or ... when we watch a dvd in dvd rom? and if scenarist can't how we can do it?

sonic eDVD is the easiest thing to do this, but you have to use interActual player to play...

Macromedia Director with DVD event manager Addon also can do this, but the learning curve is deep if you don't know flash.
