about an error message i received while trying to decrypt a dvd

A dialog box comes up while DVD Decrypter is decrypting the Unrated "Hostel" DVD. The dialog box says: I/O error! device (1:0:0) NEC DVD RW ND SCsi Status: 0x02 Interpretation: check condition CDB: 28 00 00 02 BF F0 00 00 01 00 Interpretation: Read(10) Sector: 180208 Sense Area: F0 00 Interpretation: No seek complete below all this three options come up: abort, retry, and ignore. What should i do to get DVD Decrypter to finish decrypting the Hostel DVD?
