The AC3 encoder I'm using specifically asks me for left, right, left surround, right surround, center and lfe. Thing is, WaveWizard's output was the following:
Front Channels_ch0 and Front Channels_ch1
Center and LFE Channels_ch0 and Center and LFE Channels_ch1
Rear Surround Channels_ch0 and Rear Surround Channels_ch1
How do I know which is which? Would 0 correspond to left/center and 1 to right/lfe?

ch0 is left channel and ch1 is right channel. (more info, maybe (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=662842#post662842))

Thanks for the confirmation and linkage. That thread, however, doesn't say anything about Center and LFE Channels_ch0 and Center and LFE Channels_ch1. Should I assume that ch0 corresponds to Center and ch1 to LFE?

The standard channel order in wav is:
FL, FR, C, LFE, BL, BR, ...
then if a two channel wav contain Center and LFE always the C must be before (ch0) than LFE (ch1).
If you are using a "GUIDE: Converting stereo to 5.1 surround (by ursamtl)" without doubt ch0 is Center channel.

Yup, Im using ursamtl's free stereo-to-surround guide. I guessed right then, thanks for the help everyone :).
