No. Why try to use AutoGK anyway if you want to encode audio alone? Why not use any of the regular audio conversion tools? Look here (http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/audio-guides.htm) for guides.

I thought I already answered that --> NO. You can only use AutoGK for video+audio or for video alone. If you want to do your video in VirtualDubMoD, then you need to do the audio conversion separately using one of those guides I pointed you to and then mux the video+audio together later.

You probably won't get any help because you are asking a very vague and broad question (or rather bunch of questions). So in a single attempt, you have an undersize issue & a desync issue. You also need to know about bitrate calculator (and no clue as to which one, there are about a gazillion bitrate calculators), and all settings for XviD & x264 and probably about some audio settings too? Great!
I can only tell you this much - search the site and read up as much as you can and follow the guides. Good luck!

Geez, what more could he have done, to say your questions are vague is somewhat an understatement
Just because you have designated yourself as noob, does not mean we will wait on you hand and foot, spoon feeding you answers.
The guides are their to be read

@crazybond, You claiming you are a n00b doesn't make you an exception to the rule. It also doesn't mean that we reinvent the wheel and explain everything from scratch, stuff which is already written down in layman's language as guides.
The more you use this forum, the more you will realize that only very specific questions are usually entertained here.
P.S: VirtualDub MPEG-2 has a bitrate calculator? :-/

Why don't you just let AutoGK do all the work? That's what it's there for.
