If I use AC3 sound on a DVD I am making to sell to the general public, do I have to have any sort of licence from Dolby to do so?

Hypercube had a similar question and he got a answer from Dolby:

Thank you for that information, that's just what I was hoping to hear. I think this question should be added to the AC3 FAQ as it seems the obvious first question to ask when you use any of Dolby's formats (i.e. do I need to have a licence to use it?)
