Help! My Sound is off

Just wondering if someone know's how to fix my problem, recently downloaded a show converted the file to vob. After burning the eposide with Nero my sound is way off, but if a view the eposide with VLC the sound is perfect. How would i fix this so i can burn, view, and enjoy the show. Cause the sound is way off it is unviewable.
