Dear All,
I have the following problem with the processing works after using DVD Decrypter:
I have taken off a piece of a DVD (larger than 4.7 GB) with DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 in IFO mode (leaving off some cells in the beginning and some at the end). Everything is working fine and I get the new VOB files.
The missing IFO files (VIDEO_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO) I generate with IFO Edit 0.97 "Create IFOs". The adjustment of the subtitles and language streams is also working well with IFO Edit, having the original IFOs.
The final result runs perfectly in a Software DVD player.
The problem starts when I now try to open these reauthored DVD on my HD with DVD Shrink to make it fit on a 4.7 GB DVD. DVD Shrink responds with the information box: "File contains invalid data: VTS_01_1.VOB" (this is a translation of the error message as I am not working with the english version).
The funny thing is: if I have created a reauthored DVD smaller than 4.7 GB (the same way), I face the same problem. But after I have burned it with NERO to a DVD-R, I can open it with DVD Shrink without any error message.
Does anyone know this problem and might have some good solution for it.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards
Musi
