The INI doesn't match the Log. The INI says that no reduction is taking place, and the LOG says "Steal Space From Extras" is enabled... so I'm not sure which is in effect. Other than that I see no issues... but since it doesn't match I have no idea what was in effect at the time of the encode. I've never seen CCE Basic oversize.

I had a similiar weird problem recently doing an Absolutely Fabulous episode disc

No settings were changed, I'd only just run DVD-RB to do another episode disc that came out perfect, but for some reason it was oversized each time with this specific episode disc

This is the only oversize error I've ever had and never fiddled with that setting

In the end I got fed up with the oversize error even though it shouldn't have been oversize and ran it through CloneDVD to reduce it the tiny amount it was over to fit on a DVD, not the ideal solution but it solved the problem

I believe the problem may be occuring in Rebuilder's creation of the ISO file. I used DVDSHRINK against the DVDFILES (AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS) and it showed no shrinkage was necessary. I used SHRINK to create the ISO, and everything was fine.

Perhaps the audio/subbie langauges selected to keep in DVD Rebuilder (http://dvd-rb.dvd2go.org/) did not match those in DVD Shrink (i.e. Shrink took out some languages)?

I guess anything's possible, but there don't appear to be any parameters in DVDSHRINK to control this. When I opened the DVDFILES (output from Rebuilder) with DVDSHRINK (V3.2), it showed the disc to be 3849MB.

Regardless, at least there's a workaround for this rare problem.
