converting RM to MPG or AVI?

What is the best way to convert RM to MPG or AVI?
I have tired almost everything and the file I want to convert is off of Mozilla Firefox.

It keep saying an unknown format and it's not supported in everything I do. I know its RM for sure though. :)

I use AimONE Video Converter - it can convert almost any format to almost any format (except to and from .MOV). There is a free, limited trial available.

Some software can't support RM (http://www.winavi.com/rm-converter.htm),MOV (http://www.winavi.com/mov-converter.htm),or other formats,So you need make a seach to find which suitable you.
And i know WinAVI (http://www.winavi.com/avi-to-dvd.htm) can do that,you can have a try.

Why don't use AVS ?
I think it's the most convenient.
