I'm using this card under WinXP SP2 with Leadtek's official drivers. The reason why I'm not using BTWinCap is because only with Leadtek's drivers every app I normally use (WinDVR, VirtualVCR, etc) is able to see a tuner and the PAL-NC option (I've tried iuLab's drivers too). But I get severe color errors with these drivers when using PAL-NC, mostly with strong red and green areas. With other types of PAL and NTSC it works fine.
Here are some captures, the error is quite clear:

The card works fine, DScaler runs perfectly without any color errors. BTWinCap also manages to get it right, but the only drivers that fully support PAL-NC are Leadtek's.
