NeroDigital - audio doesn't synchronized

Hello
I tried to rencode avi (xvid+mp3) film to with nero digital standard AVC , but the sound (HE AAC) appear earlier than the video.
Does someone knows why?

propably because nero doesnt handle virtualdub's hackery of adding an audio delay by adding zeros at the front of mp3 streams for getting delays in good old .avi to work?

try setting a delay while encoding in besweet or your other favourite quality audio encoder
