Hey guys, I was just wondering what kind of filters I should use for this raw that I have. It's already been filtered most likely (a lot I'm guessing) and it's also been oversharpened by the looks of it (look at the text and the time on the pic below). Also, there's also some crap in the background that I need to get rid of (2nd pic). I'm pretty new to filters and stuff, so sorry if I don't know what I'm doing. XD. Thanks a bunch for any help!

Can't help your anime, but can you save pics to png (or even max-quality jpeg if your imager isn't ms paint) next time? Helps save bandwidth and really speeds up viewing time. :)
