I am trying to make a DVD out of some digicam clips and ran them through VDub's DeShaker first. After the first DeShaker pass, a message warned me that audio had to be delayed by 1999ms due to one of the options I selected. How can I do that in DVDLab?

I think you can use a free program called ac3 delay cut to do a preliminary adjustment. Just google it and it's available at various video tool website.
1999ms is a lot of delay, though...
