Cannot access all chapters from menu created with TDA

I have had this problem a number of times:

I create a menu with TMPG DVD Author 1.6 and give names to the chapters and move them a bit to make sure they don't overlap or run to close to the edge.

When the DVD is created, using the remote to go from chapter to chapter, sometimes certain chapters are skipped over and cannot be accessed from the menu.

Sometimes by going down the list with the down button on the remote it may skip a chapter that can be accessed by going back up the list with the up button on the remote or vice versa!?!

Sometimes they are not accessible at all : (

I have tried to reauthor the menu, moving the title boxes and making sure the items are not close to each other, but that does not seem to have any bearing.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix or a workaround.

Hi!

I'm fairly familiar with "TMPGEnc DVD Author" v.1.6 - and I've never come across the problem you've described.

Did you purchase it from Pegasys, or did you obtain it "some other way"? I ask because there have been postings (in other forums) of past instances of improperly performing and/or virus ridden versions of this program, obtained from "other sources"...

It's a legit version, and it works fine except for when I move the text boxes in certain templates.

If I use a template that has separate thumbnails for each track, no problems. If I use a template that has one thumbnail and ten titles, also no problem UNLESS I move the titles around, then it does what I described.

Anyone else experience this?
