I capture in 720x576 for my DVD's.
When I watch the source on my DVD the picture is slightly stretched horizontally.
I would like to resize the frames so that they will be more visible on my TV set.
After cropping I would like to have the horizontal resolution to 656 pixles and after that I will fill the frame size with black borders to get the DVD PAL required frame size.
I don't mind having the picture slightly smaller on my TV set.
How do I figure out what height my resized video should have?
I have experimented a little bit but the scanlines seem to be squashed together and therefore they don't look good on my TV.
