What software is good to cut DivX AVI?

Good cutter in my definition is the cutter that uses its own source AVI's codec, FPS, and all settings and never re-codecking with its own software. So it must be fast.

VirtualDub or VirtualDubMOD - both set to "Direct Stream Copy" for both "Video" and "Audio"...

All this time, i overlooked the power of Virtualdub, the reason was that i accidently chose the wrong XviD'ed AVI(1700kbps) for a trial. when the portion of it was cut, it became 4000kbps. it was expanded. So for many months, I ignored to use virtualdub. The trial XviD'ed AVI was somekind of joined AVI with different bitrates but it was appeared as a single bitrate 1700kbps.
