Please give the exact error message when making problem reports.

What version of Media Player? Are you trying to play a file streaming from a website?

You can try Media Player 10 if you have an earlier version.

You can try Media Player Classic.

thanks for the help i have try all media players and still no good
and as fare as the wrong forum goes yes i have allready been told off [well i didnot no. im blonde]
the message is media player carnt render some of the pins in the graph you my not have the needed codecs or filters
