I'm studying how to encode with x264 these days, and I found that maybe the -crf 22~25 is the acceptable range for me, but I'm also interested in seeing the bitrate usage of each frame, for example I found the beginning 10 second of one of my video may even use >700Kbps while some rather statical scenes use only <100Kbps, so is there any tool can help me to analyze the bitrate usage of each period?
