Hi all,
anybody know what makes my captured video "Flash"? When I capture video from the TV the screen looks OK, but when I play it back the video flashes and jumps? I am using a Winfast tv200 card... a cpu athlon AMD 64 3200+... RAM of 1024...H/D maxtor 160 Gb and XP Pro. the connection is CVBS any help at all please.
