My file sizes and bitrates are way low when I encode a 16:9 (640x360). My VDUB is set up to work well with 512x384. Is there anything I should do to hit my target file size and bitrate (~1400) for 16:9? Do I have to play around with the Overflow parameters? (I'm using B-frames, Motion precision =6, VHQ=Medium, Sharktooth/Jawor low quantization matrixes.)
