I have a vidcap of a movie in 16:9 format that I want to archive to DVD. I capped at full D1 resolution, but the active picture is only 712 pixels wide, with a border 8 pixels wide on the right side. What I need to do is get rid of the border and resize, while maintaining the correct aspect ratio. The Capture guide and the AVI->DVD-R guide don't really give clear instructions on how to do this. My video card is a ATI AIW Radeon 9800 Pro, but I don't know what the active capture window is.
