Hi everyone:
Long time lurker, first time poster. I've searched all the forums for this question and couldn't find anything, so hopefully I haven't missed it.
I've burned 4 episodes of a TV show onto a DVD (after converting from AVI with DVD2SVCD with CCE, authoring with DVD-lab, then shrinking to fit with DVDShrink).
Problem is, when I pop the DVD into my DVD player hooked up to my television, all the episodes have the audio delayed by approx. 1 or 2 seconds. It's quite noticeable, too; the picture shows up first, then one second later the sound kicks in. Here's where I get confused, though. I've tried it on two seperate computers, with different programs to view the DVD, and the sound syncs up perfectly fine.
So why would the audio get delayed on a regular DVD player, but be fine when played on a computer DVD drive? The DVD player I'm using is my Playstation 2, and I've never had problems with it before. Other DVD's still work fine.
I've given the disc to a friend for him to try at home on his DVD player, but in the meantime, does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?
