Decrypting mpeg movie's

Hi folks does anyone know how to decrypt a mpeg or mpg movie/video so it can be processed and burnt to a disc to play in a stand alone player. I have dvd decrypter, dvd fab decrypter and dvd shrink to process it. Thanks in advance.
