unexplained error

everything seems to run ok at the beginning until it starts to do the second test. then i get some crazy error thats like:

FirstWatchStream: unable to open avi as it is being used by another process


nothing else is open on my computer which means the autogk must be << profanity removed by moderator >> on something.
please help me solve this problem

thanks. it worked once i disabled antivirus. but then i got the same error when i went to encode another movie, even tho antivirus wasn't even turned on
